We do not have a refund or exchange policy, as our products are digital video works. To allow you to fully appreciate the content of our videos, we have made a demo version available on the moodycanvas.com website, in two display formats: vertical and horizontal, as well as two production types, one in 4K and the other in Full HD. These demo versions fully allow you to evaluate the content before purchasing.

It is possible that on some Full HD screens, the 4K format may not play properly if the screen's technology is not compatible. In this case, we offer to send clients who purchased 4K videos a Full HD version to ensure an optimal experience.
